سياسة الاستبدال والإرجاع

1. يمكن للمستهلك طلب استرجاع المبلغ خلال (7) أيام من تاريخ الاستلام في حال وجود خلل فعلي أو خطأ في التنفيذ.
2. Customers may request a refund within seven (7) days of receiving the order if there is a proven defect or production error.
3. لا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ في حال كانت اللوحات مطبوعة حسب الطلب أو بناءً على مواصفات حددها العميل، إلا إذا وُجد عيب واضح أو خطأ في الطباعة.
4. Refunds are not available for custom-made or personalized canvas prints unless there is a clear defect or printing error.
5. يتم فحص المنتج قبل قبول طلب الاسترجاع للتأكد من حالته.
6. All returned products are inspected before approval.
7. يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حال لم يكن سبب الإرجاع ناتجًا عن خطأ من المتجر.
8. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the return is not due to a store error.
9. في حال وجود خطأ من المتجر أو تلف أثناء الشحن، يحق للعميل استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل أو إعادة طباعة المنتج مجانًا.
10. If an error or damage occurs due to the store, the customer may choose a full refund or a free reprint.

الصور او التصاميم المرسلة من العميل

Customer-Submitted Images or designs

• في حال قام العميل بإرسال صورة شخصية أو تصميم خاص للطباعة، يحتفظ المتجر بحق رفض تنفيذ الطلب في الحالات التالية:
• If a customer submits a personal image or custom design, UMINDS reserves the right to refuse printing if:

1. كانت الصورة تحتوي على محتوى مخالف للآداب العامة أو القيم الدينية أو الاجتماعية.
2. The image contains content violating public morals, religious, or social values.
3. تضمنت الصورة محتوى يخالف أنظمة هيئة تنظيم الإعلام بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
4. The image breaches any laws or regulations set by the General Commission for Audiovisual Media.
5. كانت الصورة غير صالحة للطباعة تقنيًا (دقة منخفضة، قص مخلّ، تشويه إلخ).
6. The image is technically unsuitable for printing (low resolution, cropping issues, distortion, etc.).

في هذه الحالات، يتم إبلاغ العميل بسبب الرفض قبل الطباعة،

ويتم إلغاء الطلب واسترجاع المبلغ خلال خمسة (5) أيام عمل كحد أقصى.

In such cases, the customer will be notified before production, and the order will be canceled with a refund issued within five (5) business days.
